Headquartered in Lafayette, Louisiana, the company began as a specialized IT consulting firm in Denver, Colorado, and has since grown into a multidisciplinary technology solutions provider serving government agencies, defense contractors, critical infrastructure entities, and Fortune 500 companies across the nation and internationally.

2003–2010: Foundation & Technical Specialization
In its early years, the company focused on delivering end-to-end IT services including
• Partnership with Qwest Communications to provide competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC) installations for private sector ISPs to support rural and urban broadband
• Network design and systems integration
• Server and workstation deployment
• Cybersecurity hardening for small to mid-size business environments
• On-site technical support for local municipalities and regional enterprises
These foundational services established long-term partnerships and positioned Magiktek Systems to move its headquarters from Denver, Colorado to Cherry Hill, New Jersey.

2021–2023: Innovation in Aerial & Autonomous Systems
Anticipating trends in automation and logistics, Magiktek strategically integrated:
• Autonomous drone logistics and aerial data mapping
• Remote surveillance and emergency response drone services
• Smart city applications including infrastructure monitoring and GIS integration
These capabilities expanded the company’s relevance across utility providers, government agencies, and infrastructure development firms.
2023–Present: Data Centers & Future-Ready Infrastructure
As part of its ongoing transformation, Magiktek has entered the Data Center Construction sector. The vision is to design and build energy-efficient, high-performance computing facilities powered by next-generation energy sources such as nuclear-adjacent microgrids.
In tandem, the company implemented internal AI systems including:
